Load a Flow Cell

The next step is to remove the used flow cell and load the flow cell that you want to

sequence.

NOTE

If the cBot was used for clustering, load the clustered flow cell. For on-instrument clustering,

load a new flow cell.

Remove the Used Flow Cell

1 Open the flow cell compartment door.

2 Slowly move the flow cell lever to position 1 to disengage the manifolds.

3 Slowly move the flow cell lever to position 0 to disengage the vacuum seal and release

the flow cell.
